My Husband Is Suffering From Continuous Neck Stiffness And Bubble

My husband is suffering from continuous neck stiffness and bubble creation in the neck...which creates tension in that part of the body. If he cracks or moves his neck, the tension gets relieved but causes swelling there. This problem was developed due to bad posture while studying. Can you suggest about its treatment or cure?
