My Husband Is Taking Terazonsin, Fosinopil, And Chlorthalidone. All Are

My husband is taking Terazonsin, Fosinopil, and Chlorthalidone. All are used for treatment of high blood pressure. He also takes Metformin, Neurontin, and Tamsulosin and a low dose aspirin. My question is does he really need to take all 3 high blood pressure medications?
