My husband is taking invokana, glipazide and metformin. Although his doctor has cut back the glipazide his blood sugar is dropping as low as 40. He is exhausted and loosing weight. His most recent A1C was 6.6. So glipazide was cut back at that time. Should he be taking all 3 medications?
