My Husband Is Type 1 Diabetic And 85% Renal Failure

My husband is type 1 diabetic and 85% renal failure but he is not on dialyse. He was recently released from hospital and he has a womb on his his bottom with a womb vac. I do in and out cath every 5 hours and I've noticed blood in his urine but he is not drinking that much. Is there anything to be alarmed about with the bleeding and hes not urinating very much as well.
