My Husband Isn't Feeling Well. We Had Just Came From

My husband isn't feeling well. We had just came from watching a movie and went to dinner. At dinner he started complaining about a headache and we he was sweating. The food came and he didn't want it. All he would say is I want to lay down. He has high blood pressure but takes medicine. I checked his pressure and it is 117/77. Should I be worried?
