My Husband Just Got Switched Over From Methadone To Suboxone

My husband just got switched over from methadone to suboxone films about 2 weeks ago. However he has been experiencing shortness of breath along with tingling fingertips like 3 times already. So my question is Is it normal for this to happen since it's a new medication or is this something serious that he needs to address with his Dr? Or what can those symptoms mean. Shortness of breath,tingling finger tips and irregular heartbeat.
