My Husband Just Had A Stroke Last Month. He Has

My husband just had a stroke last month. He has RA., liver cirrhosis, enlargement of the spleen, he also suffer Alhezimer. Then after the stroke his neutrophils counts was at .89 and now his platelets count is at 109. Please help me understand what's going on with my husband's progressing condition.
