My Husband Just Had Knee Replacement Surgery, Part If His

My husband just had knee replacement surgery, part if his pain management is nucenta and Tylenol. He has bloody stools from Tylenol extra strength. Of course we are not taking Tylenol now after this finding.... He's on plavix ( after another week to begin again after surgery) ... So theres issues with that too... Any suggestions for dealing with his pain other than opiates,
