My Husband Just Returned From The Emergency Room After Passing

My husband just returned from the emergency room after passing out and hitting his head on our door. He was unable to stand/walk steadily and couldn't speak properly. He had slight chest pain prior to falling. The hospital er did a catscan, chest xray, ekg, and took several tubes of blood and found nothing. After leaving the hospital about an hour later he was and still is showing the same signs. He describes it as being loopy and spaces out on me. Could this be a side effect of his blood pressure medicine and clonapan?
