My Husband Just Started To Sweat Profusely ( Cold Sweat)

My husband just started to sweat profusely ( cold sweat) head is very hot but no temp. Ears ringing extreme fatigue and aching all over ( muscle soreness). He was working outside in heat today, however, he also takes blood pressure meds...this has never happened before. Came on very quickly.
