My Husband Just Took A Fleet Enema Because Tomorrow He

My husband just took a Fleet enema because tomorrow he is having markers inserted in his prostate in preparation for external radiation treatments. The prep for the procedure is to do an enema tonight and one tomorrow. It has been 1 hour since the enema and the only thing that has come out is the liquid.
What should he do? Can he take another Fleet enema tonight? Thanks
