My Husband Just Went To Bed And Shorly After Came

My husband just went to bed and shorly after came out and said the room was spinning really bad and he almost fell. When I felt his head he was really cold and clammy. Is that vertigo, or his heart, he has awesome blood pressure as a whole. We live in Colorado with high altitude and it did just get windy.
