My Husband Keeps Swapping His Head & Face ( Ears,

My husband keeps swapping his head & face ( ears, eyes Cheeks, back of the neck) & tells me that small ot almost invisible fruit flies or so are following him & biting him yet I don't see bugs myself. What is that then but he said when he takes anti allergy like Claritin then he gets less of it. Am I right that it's a derma problem? That he has to consult a dernmatologist?
