My Husband Kicks And Jumps Sometimes His Body Virtualy Leaves

My husband kicks and jumps sometimes his body virtualy leaves the bed this as gone on for at least twelve months and this is just about every night all night its wearing us both down I've actually been in tears over it as we're both worn out over it,he's 63yrs old I'm 66yrs hold..help!!!
