My Husband Liver Not Functioning Kidneys Not As Good As

My husband liver not functioning kidneys not as good as they want them to be. his BP 87/57 his belly swollen with fluid due to liver. he has been in the hospital May, June & July all about a weeks stay. his hemoglobin dropped quite a bit. It was 12.5, dropped to 10.8 then this morning dropped to 9.5. That's not good and contributing to his low blood pressure. It would also make ANYBODY dizzy when they stood up and could easily pass out and fall. They did a biopsy of a few spots and need to get the results from them. His ammonia level was very high when he went in. It hasn't been checked again cause they know it will be high and he is now actually more appropriate. His bilirubin is the highest that any dr. has seen. they dont expect to ever work again. Needs a liver transplant but since he was a drinker they said the have to wait 6mo. for him to go on the list.
