My Husband Looks Really Gray And Sick And He Won't

My husband looks really gray and sick and he won't even move off couch . He has a heating pad on stomach not sure if it's his side or stomach.. He is in severe pain.. He is throwing up blood .. He is a drinker and drugger .. I was thinking liver he does have hep c also
