My Husband Of 30 Years Had Heart Attack "widow Maker"

My husband of 30 years had heart attack "widow maker" along with 3 bypasses. This happened last Dec. the following month he was let go of his VP role after 30 years employment. He seems depressed, get angry easily and tries to control me. He's forgetful and very self centered. He is on several post op melds. Refuse to take ownership regarding his recent behavior changes. What can I possibly do before this marriage is over
