My Husband Passed Away From A Massive Heart Attack And

My husband passed away from a massive heart attack and has been gone for over 14 years. I still cry easily when I have thoughts of him, hear certain songs or someone asks about him. Have you a suggestion to help me hold it together. I would say I am fine 98% of the time but just moments cause tears.
