My Husband Received His 2nd Dose Of Monthly Dose Of

My husband received his 2nd dose of monthly dose of Actemra on 10/26 and has terrible side effects of abd bloating, and pain, bloody diarrhea , mouth sores. How long should we expect these side effects to persist? (He had no response to first dose in Sept so his rheumatologist doubled his dose on 10/26).
