My Husband Recently Had A Mild CVA. He Is Back

My husband recently had a mild CVA. He is back to work and continuing with PT. I notice now when he takes his socks off, he has deep ridges in his calves. I thought I saw something on the internet this could be a symptom of something more serious related to the heart. Is this cause for concern?
