My Husband Recently Returned From Mexico & Has Flu Like

My husband recently returned from Mexico & has flu like symptoms .. It started with chills, said he felt feverish, (although his temp was normal). Additionally, he has diarrhea, no appetite & fatigue.
Is there a virus or illness that I should be concerned about ? Thank you
