My husband s sperm rate was very low 10 million N motility rate 10 percent N after medication for 1 month N lifestyle changes his sperm count s increased to 100 million but motility rate s 20 percent. So can we try to conceive this month or should we wait? N from which day should we start trying, my last cycle was of exactly 31 days. N shd we try twice a day both morning and evening? Bcz my husband doesn't erect in the morning at all.
