My Husband Shouts Out In His Sleep (every Night And

My husband shouts out in his sleep (every night and several times a night). Sometimes it seems to occur more frequently if he eats late in the night, but not always. This is something he's had since a child where he talks in his sleep, but I've known him for 10 years and it went away for a few years, but now it's become worse and it also wakes me up. His shouts can wake the whole house (it's that loud!), and he's definitely asleep during that time.
