My Husband Started Having Chills & Fever The 1st Week

My husband started having chills & fever the 1st week of January, 2017. This started on a Wed. Night.I became sick Fri. Afternoon. We met with Dr. On Sat morning. Chest x-ray . We were told it was too late for flu test. My husband was given a Rocephrine shot & Rx for a Z-pack. We were told to see our regular Dr. On Mon. My husband was given another Rocephrine shot & Doxycycline. Returned to Dr. Thurs & received another Rocephrine shot. The next week my husband had severe kidney infection; another shot & Rx r
For Biaxum. Last Tues day my husband's face &neck were so swollen we returned to Dr. & my husband received. A Rx for Ciproflaxin& another shot. My husband is so weak & pale & still having trouble breathing. What is happening? This man has been in hospital twice - once when he was born & the other when a drunk driver ran into him in his truck.
