My Husband Started Shivering And Running A Fever This Evening.

My husband started shivering and running a fever this evening. I gave him 2 extra strength Tylenol around 9:00 pm his temp was 100.2. I checked him again at 12:00 am and it is 102.4, I am waiting till 1:00 to check again if it has not reduced or has gone up I have some Aleve or Excedrin (migraine) that I can give him. which would be the best to use. He had Heart surgery 2 1/2 yrs ago and a unexplained attack on his liver with a 104 plus temp about 18 months ago and was in hospital. What do you suggest I do
