My Husband Stepped On A Nail Saturday Night. He Went

My husband stepped on a nail Saturday night. He went to the ER and got a tetanus shot and was prescribed amoxicillin for 10 days. Today he developed a cramp (similar to a Charlie horse) in the calf of the same leg that he stepped on the nail. Should we do anything? is this normal?
