My Husband Stood Up And Got Very Dizzy. Now Sick

My husband stood up and got very dizzy. Now sick at his stomach, but not throwing up. Took blood pressure: 142/74 heat rate 54. Not clammy, a little pale. He is 73. He is now lying down on bed. Blood pressure may be off since dog tried to get him to pet him and he talked to dog during test. Don't know if I can retake when he is lying down. He is generally very healthy.
