My Husband Suddenly Caught Up With Slight Inner Vibrations Sleeplessness

My husband suddenly caught up with slight inner vibrations sleeplessness problem.we rushef to emergency n doctor gave him clonafit plus inderal prothiaden and rabon. He continued for few days n then went for a blood test from which we came to know that it was due to vitamin B12 deficiency and Doctor suggested injection daily fir a week then weekly once and thn monthly once. We felt happy that thee original problem was because of that defeciency. We approached the doctor for reducing the medicines. He tried stop the medicines but felt same symptoms. I want to know how can he stop those medicines as the problem is vitamin b 12 deficiency. Its been 45 days he is taking them. He is 34 yrs old.
