My Husband Suffers From Anxiety Especially In The Evening..He Has

My husband suffers from anxiety especially in the evening..He has in the past experienced nocturnal epileptic seizures treated very effectively with small dose of carbamazepine this has recently been slightly increased to attempt relieve the anxiety. I do not think there has been much improvement and wondered if lyrica might be more effective in reducing the anxiety while continuing to prevent seizures
