My Husband Takes Warfarin (blood Thinner) He Has Been Taking

My husband takes Warfarin (blood thinner) He has been taking Tamsulosin since Dec and his blood has been getting thinner each month. I has been 2.9 and has gone to 3.7. Nothing has changed but the Tamsulosin. Does that thin the blood if you are taking Warfrin?
