My Husband Takes Losarton, Amlodopine For Blood Pressure, Tramodol For

My husband takes losarton, Amlodopine for blood pressure, tramodol for aches in legs due to titanium in ankle due to an accident. He also now takes QUETIAPINE for sleep, mobic for joint pain, was taking xanax to help along BP for anxiety . Well the doctor cut him cold turkey off xanax that he has been on for yrs. He had went thru detox in December for achololism and is doing really well but them she took him off . Well he had a major seizure the other day 1st and only. ER DOCTOR said it was cause his body had been hit with a double withdrawal and should be back on xanax. His primary says no she just don't think the xanax had nothing to do with it. Now she put him on hydroxyzine and he is feeling out of sorts and blood pressure has been soring 158/113 since taking this. Is this the cause ? We had finally gotten BP under control before this and was fine during ER stay.
