My husband takes metoprolol and diltiazem for his atrial fib. He has poor energy. Falls asleep in a chair often. He has severe swelling in his legs. Mid calf down. He has a slow gait. What other treatments are there for a fib? He is also on warfarin. His doctor recently cut his doses and spread them out to 2x ear day. He keeps upping doses of lasix for the swelling with NO RESULTS.
