My Husband Takes Warfarin And His Pt/inr Was High At

My husband takes warfarin and his pt/inr was high at 4.2 and then next day 3.4 but not his right hand has become numb. Could warfarin cause this? Also his left eye was all blurry and he was losing his vision because of bleeding in his eye and the pressure was very high in that eye. We have eye drops now and have seen an eye doctor but now he has the numbness in the right hand that comes and goes.
