My Husband Thinks He Has Bugs Crawling Out Of His

My husband thinks he has bugs crawling out of his eyes and worms crawling out of my butt. He has been examined by doctors at the VA and they can't find anything. I'm worried it is a mental health issue or a medication he is taking to make him think he has a variety of bugs on his body and coming from his eyes.
