My Husband Thought He Was Having A Heart Attack On

My husband thought he was having a heart attack on Christmas day we went to er...i did some reading he had every symptom of a gallbladder attach..but there were no stones and the hidascan said it was working...but he has gotten worse vomitting and diarreah he cant keep anything down or in. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks now...now his skin is cold to the touch and he is freezing..i cant get him back to er and his doctor wont lissten to his symptoms..i still think its his gallbladder. Help plz
