My Husband Took A Claritin 24 Hr Allergy Pill 2

My husband took a Claritin 24 hr allergy pill 2 hours ago and he is having slight trouble breathing and his blood pressure has rein to 188/77. Hi bp is usually 135/80 during the day. He does not take any bp meds....or any meds. He is 73 years old.
Should we visit the emergency room? or just relax.
