My Husband Took A Very Hard Fall. Afterwards He Was

My husband took a very hard fall. Afterwards he was "fine" - walking and moving about. He sat on the couch & fell asleep for about an hour. When he awoke he could not stand up & when he tried to sit up he fell backwards. The CT scan & the MRI are not showing anything wrong.
