My Husband Took An Allegra This Morning (24 Hr) And

My husband took an Allegra this morning (24 hr) and thinking it was only 12 hrs took a second one before cutting the grass tonight. He then came inside and took a 3rd Allegra forgetting about the 2nd one. Should we be concerned. They are 180 mg each.
