My Husband Turns 65 In A Few Weeks. We Are
My husband turns 65 in a few weeks. We are going skiing tomorrow after a plane ride to Colorado.
This week his neck has been stiff and felt like a muscle strain. He iced it a little, put Biofreeze on it and has slept without a pillow for the last 3 nights. Today he has put heat on it, but it is still very stiff. He just tired to ice it and it began to cramp and he developed a headache. I am concerned about the cold , the filight and him snow skiing. What else can we do to alleviate the pain and stiffness.
