My Husband Underwent Spinal Laminectomy L2 Thru L5 On The

My husband underwent spinal laminectomy L2 thru L5 on the 25th of May. 2 days post=op were on percocet 7.5, but he developed severe constipation and pain down his hamstrings. We have alleviated the constipation, but the hamstring pain is worse. Is this normal after surgery and if not, what shouldd we be doing? He walks 20 minutes each hour and does the prescribed exercises.

Thank you,
Rosemary
