My Husband Used Metal Nipple Clamps On My Nipples And

My husband used metal nipple clamps on my nipples and left them on too long a year ago. There has since been red rings on the tips of my nipples and white discharge. I can clean the discharge out and it feels like new skin is forming when I do that. Is the tissue in that area permanently destroyed? Can they ever be healed?

Also, I have been taking Nortel birth control for the past 3 years. They have caused my breasts to grow in size. Could that be contributing to the discharge?

Are the red rings scar tissue? Is there any way to heal them?
