My Husband Was Blown Off The Porch During A Back

My husband was blown off the porch during a back flash while rescuing a lady from a house fire. He started having seizures and they are now controlled by meds. But during the last seizure he feel backwards and whiplash caused severe vertigo. He has been to physical therapy and does the prodcedures. They help for a few minutes. Now he has an appointment to see a neurotologist. What questions do I need to ask?
