My husband was diagnosed Diabetics a month before. He has not taken any medicine for the same, however, he has controlled his diet a lot and also started exercising. But he has a habit of taking pan masala (rajnigandha) on a regular basis in big quantities and is not able to avoid that. His Diabetes is still not under control. Is pan masala the reason?
