My husband was diagnosed with Alcoholic Cirrhosis back in June; Child Pugh Score of a Low A ( as doctor said)-- compensated...... He has since stopped drinking; really has no other bothering symptoms; His liver enzymes are still high AST: 418; ALT: 270; ALP; 123; Shouldn't these numbers be going down since he stopped drinking 6 months ago; He does have night sweats, chills, and headaches sometimes; but he does have a stressful job..... Should those numbers be concerning since they are not going down by now
