My Husband Was Diagnosed With NASH Which Has Turned Cirrhotic,

My husband was diagnosed with NASH which has turned cirrhotic, he had an exploratory endoscopy in Sept. Has been on lactulose to poop ,3 to 4 X's a day Saturday night he got ill and was throwing up, having a lot of pain in his stomach. Feeling better earlier today, could take his pills medications without trouble however, when he tried to eat soup his stomach became painful again, is this the flu, it's going around or something else, no blood in puke or stool
