My Husband Was Driving Home And Go A Pain On

My husband was driving home and go a pain on the top of his head over the left eye, and then like a window shade pulled over they eye his eye got dark. He could only see a small sliver out of the bottom. It did not last but am concerned. Could this have been a stroke or some eye condition?
