My Husband Was Dx W/ AML Oct 31,2016. He Has

My husband was dx w/ AML Oct 31,2016. He has had induction chemo w/ Ida and cytarabine and one consolidation round. Neulasta 72 hours post consolidation and now, 13 days post Neulasta has WBCs of 22.4 an ANC of 15.7. Are these elevated counts likely related to the Neulasta? I'm having difficulty getting a return call from the onc.
