My Husband Was Fine Yesterday Until 4pm When He Suddenly

My husband was fine yesterday until 4pm when he suddenly got dizzy and started to vomit. At that point he had only had a waffle and cup of coffe for breakfast no lunch but now he has been vomiting all night. Not much but it is turning green and he can't hold a poached egg or water down. His blood sugar is 128, type 2 diabetes. Seems like his stomach is wringing itself. What to do?
