My Husband Was Having Some Difficulty Forming Words And Reading

My husband was having some difficulty forming words and reading a few minutes ago.
There were no other symptoms this time, except for a headache (and slight right eye blurriness) immediately after he had recovered his ability to speak properly.
When it happened a previous time, there were vision difficulties in the right eye in addition to the speech and reading problems. That time, I took him to the hospital, where they did a brain MRI in addition to blood work and monitoring of vital signs. The emerg on-call Doctor said it was likely a mini stroke, and referred him to our local stroke clinic, where we were told it was a migraine, NOT a mini stroke.
There was no warning just prior to both these instances, and my husband was not doing anything unusual or strenuous at the time.
Incidentally, he has had cardiac problems (blocked arteries, but NO heart attack), which have been treated with 7 stents (3 separate surgeries). He is 66 years old and is on a number of cardiac medications. His blood pressure and weight have always been fairly normal and he has been physically active during his working life (carpenter), and is a non-smoker. He has recently started yoga and has lost 12 pounds.
He seems to be improving at the moment, is able to speak normally, although still having some memory issues.
We're wondering what is going on, and why this has happened again, without warning.
