My Husband Was Hit Above The Eye With A Cricket

My husband was hit above the eye with a cricket ball around 2 weeks ago. After visiting hospital he did not require stitches - the wound was glued and taped. There is no longer bruising or swelling but tonight he complains of feeling dizzy when he lies down to sleep plus some nausea. There has not been any affect on his vision.
